Ingredients
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
½ cup pumpkin purée
1 large banana
¾ cup unsweetened almond milk
½ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp nutmeg
¼ tsp allspice
5 ice cubes
Handful roasted pumpkin seeds to garnish

Directions: Combine all of your ingredients in a blender and pulse for 30 to 40 seconds, or until smooth. Garnish with roasted pumpkin seeds

Quick Tip: To make your own pumpkin purée, simply cut the inside of a pumpkin into small pieces, boil for about 25 minutes, and pulse in a food processor until smooth.
